INTRO TO ASTROLOGY

We will explore the pillars of your astrological identity: your Sun, Moon, and Rising (SMR) and the 12 signs of the zodiac. Your SMR is determined by the date, time, and location of where you took your first breath on the day you were born. Astrology is a visual language that describes the nature of a person/animal, place, or event by the quality of the energy of the inception point. 

When an astrologer casts a chart for your star chart, we are looking up from the earth towards the heavens. The placement of the planets overhead are symbols used to predict the character of the individual and the course their life will take. In the Hermetic concept of “as above, so below,”  the configuration of the planets corresponds to how things will arrange themselves on earth. 

You will gain insight into your own essential nature and those of your loved ones through exploring the stars.
